Reflection on my visit to Big Bad Wolf PH booksale:
The SELF-HELP section seemed to be the most sold out section! Looks like a whole lot of people need some sort of "help" ? 
Capitalism has taken advantaged of profits that they can gain from the "happiness industry."
There there... people... we don't always have to be happy all the time. Take it from the lessons in Disney's Inside Out.

Embrace and recognize your feelings.
Don't force yourself to be happy if you're not.
But learn to be grateful for each day.
